Fresh and fruity aroma with hints of raspberry and strawberry. The palate confirms all the fruit present in the aroma. The good acidity confers this well balanced wine a long and persistent finish.
Best enjoyed with seafood and fish. Due to it’s bodied nature, also best with pizza, pasta and white meats

The grapes are totally destemmed and crushed by means of pneumatic press. Fermentation is processed at the controlled temperature of 16ºC.
