Pale pink in colour. Fresh and expressive on the nose, with delicate aromas of raspberry and wild strawberry. The palate is vibrant and fruit-driven, supported by crisp acidity that brings balance and freshness. The finish is elegant, long and persistent.

Winemaking

The grapes were fully destemmed and gently crushed. Following minimal skin contact, only the free-run juice was collected, without pressing, to achieve a delicate colour and refined style. Alcoholic fermentation took place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at 16°C, preserving freshness, aromatic purity and vibrant fruit character.

Food Pairing

Ideal with grilled salmon accompanied by a fennel and citrus salad, Mediterranean-style prawns, tuna tartare or burrata with heritage tomatoes and fresh basil. Its vibrant acidity and delicate red-fruit character also pair beautifully with modern vegetable dishes and light summer cuisine.
