Fully aromatic wine, displaying good structure, remarkable complexity, and a persistent finish. Medium-bodied, with well-integrated tannins and balanced acidity.

Winemaking

Each grape variety is harvested at its optimal maturation point and vinified separately for approximately 7 days at a controlled average temperature of 25ºC. Pump-overs are scheduled to achieve a natural balance between color extraction and tannin extraction. After fermentation in stainless steel, the wine made from the Touriga Nacional variety undergoes an aging period of about 6 months in third-use French oak barrels to add complexity to the blend. Following this aging period, the final blend of Touriga Nacional, Merlot, and Syrah is completed.
