Made exclusively from estate-grown Touriga Nacional grapes, harvested at the ideal maturation point. This unoaked, concentrated and fully aromatic wine reveal good structure and complexity, finishing long and persistent.
Ideal to pair with spicy or well seasoned food.
Hand picked at the ideal maturation point, the grapes were fermented in stainless steel tanks with programmable pumping-over and under the controlled temperature of 25ºC. Unoaked by nature, the full bodied structure was achieved by long a maceration and cuvasion until the end of the malolactic fermentation. Aged in stainless steel tanks for one year.
